We asked Lee Hall of LDH Building to quote and undertake a large extension of our family home which started in
May 2018 and lasted approximately seven months. The work carried out was extensive and included the following:
1. Single storey extension at rear of house (8m x 5m) squaring the kitchen with two large full width bifold doors
and lantern roof. All electrics and plumbing including installation of new underfloor heating (wet)
2. New state of the art, luxury kitchen supplied and installed.
3. Entrance hallway remodelled with a modern and contemporary cloakroom and new staircase installed.
4. Loft conversion with an extra bedroom and bathroom including all plumbing and electrics.
5. Front drive extension to accommodate two extra cars.
6. Rear garden renovation including clearing, construction and planting in accordance with garden architects’
drawings.
7. House upgraded to ‘Smart Home’ with Cat 6 cabling installed throughout and four wired internet access
points (Unifi)
Throughout the project Lee Hall handled all of the project management including other trades, materials, building
inspections, deliveries and skips. His advice and help made the whole process a pleasure and his team were polite,
friendly and highly professional with all works completed on time and to the highest standards. Avril and I are now the very proud owners of a beautiful home and very grateful to Lee and his team for all their advice, professionalism, outstanding workmanship and attention to detail they afforded us during the entire project.
I have immense admiration and respect for LDH Building and wholeheartedly recommend them.

It’s quite daunting opening up your home to a team of builders for 12 weeks  people you’ve never met before and people who basically are taking a wrecking ball to most of the downstairs, knocking down walls, bricking up doors, putting in huge beams and basically rebuilding our home. Firstly, what a job. You have completely transformed the way that we live, of course in a great manner, we’ve fallen in love with our house and my wife can’t stop talking about “the kitchen” to everyone we meet and keeps inviting people round, which is a little bit annoying! Not only that but every single member of your crew were absolutely delightful, kind, terrific company and above all incredibly respectful, so much so that my wife is cooking up our next rebuild! Together with yourself they also became actively involved in the project, making terrific suggestions along the way greatly enhancing the finished job. A sincere thank you from Di and myself, I can honestly say that rather than a task it was a pleasure and a delight to get to know the guys.

Lee and his team are incredible. They work flat out all day and are always courteous and tidy. More importantly, the quality of work is outstanding. The attention to detail is old school. The brickwork, plastering, electrics and plumbing are done by consummate professionals. Lee himself, oversees everything personally and at every stage of the job you feel confident that nothing is too much trouble. You feel as though Lee cares as much about your project as you do. We commissioned Lee to extend our kitchen through the side wall of the house and into the garage. The end result is even better than we could ever have imagined. We have another project lined up for next year and will fit it around Lee’s schedule. We trust him so much, that we wouldn’t dream of using anyone else.
